Where are all the Ryde bashers?
The armed response unit were lucky the Red Jet was running, as either bad weather, or ‘staff sickness’ could have turned this into a disaster if this individual is as dangerous as they must assume he is.
Thank God they never came across the ‘floating bridge’, that WOULD be pushing their luck just too far.
Add Island roads digging up the streets, with a myriad of traffic lights, and another ‘bad driving’ incident on our roads, and they criminal could have been in Brazil by the time they ‘arrived’.
They’d just use the police launch or other resources
Weather permitting.
The armed response could have been here in minutes if there was a fixed link… what if the jet was cancelled cos of weather or mechanical problems??
YOU NEVER HEARD OF HELICOPTER THEN.
They have their own launch should they need it
They would have used the only police helicopter in the south of England, If it was available
The traveler’s would be behind them claiming anything not bolted down….
Not if the Ryde boys beat them to it! 😀
If the Mainland Force had been held up there would only have been enough weaponry for a somewhat smaller war
Ken if we had fixed link armed response would be here every day all the troubles on mainland would be here
well said
Lol really the island is allready filled with prisons criminals drug addicts and little disrespectful hood rats its allready the same you stuck up fool
Why don’t they fly over here?
They don’t have wings
They need redball……….
They clearly need to drink more Red Bull then
Makes their arms ache in high winds
High wind ,waves ,climate change, no accountability its relative ,and inevitable…
As is our much needed Fixed link.
