An appeal has been issued by the owners of a fuel bowser that was stolen from a work site in Arreton last night (Monday).
The 2 wheeled tank – used to store and transport quantities of fuel such as diesel to construction sites – was taken at some point overnight, with its absence first noted by those working on the site this morning.
The owners of the tank have issued an appeal on social media to find the tank, with new bowsers having a value of around £2,000 plus the value of the fuel within.
If you see the bowser, you’re asked by the owners to report it to the police.
