4 individuals have been bailed after they were arrested yesterday (Saturday) in connection with a Friday night stabbing.
As previously reported by Island Echo, the group, comprising of a 35-year-old woman from Newport, a 27-year-old woman from Freshwater, a 39-year-old man from Newport and 37-year-old man from Newport were arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
The Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary have confirmed that the 4 have now been bailed until 9th August whilst further enquires take place.
