The body of a 46-year-old man has been found at a property in Newport today (Friday).
Less than an hour after Police were called to the discovery of a man’s body in Ryde, officers were called to Scarrots Lane in Newport.
The alarm was raised by the Isle of Wight Ambulance Service shortly before 16:00.
The death is not being treated as suspicious and next of kin have been informed.
A file is being prepared for the coroner.
