Wightlink has been forced to cancel several crossings on its Yarmouth-Lymington route this morning (Thursday) due to a mechanical issue.
It has been confirmed that 3 sailings have been pulled including the 09:45 and 11:45 from Yarmouth and the 10:45 from Lymington.
The cross-Solent operator has not expanded on what exactly the mechanical issue is and it’s unclear if there will be any further cancellations throughout the day.
Wightlink says it will be contacting customers with bookings to advise of any changes and they say they are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
