URGENT SOUTHERN WATER REPAIRS BLOCK PART OF NEWPORT HIGH STREET

Urgent repair works have blocked part of Newport High Street today (Thursday). Engineers from Southern Water are on-site completing works in the middle of the carriageway between the junction’s of Holyrood Street and Quay Street. As a result of the works, High Street has been closed to traffic between the junction with St James’ Street and Quay Street. It is unclear as to how long it will take to complete the repairs.
