I sincerely hope the casualty has a speedy recovery.
What is on my mind is am I missing something here? Earlier in the week there was a report of a disabled person having an accident in Newport and was left laying in the road for 4 hours as there were no ambulances to attend. Just what is the criteria for mobilising first responders, coastguard, helicopter etc.?
