It was a successful outing for 2 members of Island-based TeamSpy on Sunday when they took part in the New Forest Running Festival Half Marathon.
Jack Grundy and Gary Kurth battled against the freezing snow and strong winds with great success. Jack took 1st place in 1:21.36, whilst Gary secured 3rd with a time of 1:30.18.
TeamSpy truly dominated the Senior Men’s event, proving to be good preparation for the pair who are heading to Brighton to take part in the annual Marathon next month. Both Jack and Gary have been given elite starts at the event.
