There is still time to join the thousands of people who have signed up for Sunday’s Walk the Wight.
More than 6,000 walkers will come together for Mountbatten’s flagship event this weekend.
Online registration closes at 09:00 on Friday (12th May), though walkers can register on the day from the starts at Bembridge or Carisbrooke, Freshwater for the Schools Walk or Sandown for the Flat Walk.
Nigel Hartley, Mountbatten CEO, has said:
“We have had an amazing response to this year’s Walk the Wight and we are really excited to welcome everyone,
“It promises to be an incredible day, with so many people coming together to support Mountbatten. We are so grateful, as the money raised from Walk the Wight is truly vital to the work we do supporting Islanders experiencing death, dying and bereavement.
“Thank you, and please do join us on Sunday if you can.”
