Orchard House Care Home in Newport recently welcomed 3 representatives from the Royal Marines Association, who visited to present a special Christmas gift to resident and veteran Andy.
The visit created a deeply moving and memorable moment. Andy was delighted by the thoughtful gifts and visibly touched by the recognition he received.
During the presentation, he was personally thanked for his service and told, “You are a true legend.” These words clearly meant a great deal to him and resonated with everyone present.
