Robin Hill is to remain closed this February half term in response to the coronavirus pandemic.
In a statement, Vectis Ventures say they have taken the tough decision to postpone the planned opening for February half term.
In celebration of Chinese New Year, Spirit of the Orient was set to take place next month. However, due to the current national lockdown, this is no longer possible, so they are working on new plans to bring the illuminated experience back later in the year.
Further details of when you’ll be able to enjoy the Chinese-themed festivities will be announced in due course.
Both Robin Hill and Blackgang Chine will remain closed until the planned re-opening in Spring 2021.
A spokesperson has said:
“We thank all our guests and suppliers for your cooperation and understanding during this time and hope you’re all keeping safe.
“We can’t wait to welcome you all back into the park soon!

2021 park tickets will be launched as soon as they are able to confirm their opening dates and times for 2021.

The louder ‘groans’ will be from lazy parents, who NOW have to entertain their own children. Put the phone down and engage with your children yourselves. That is ‘why’ you wanted them………..isn’t it?
Keep your children at home. THEY can spread this to others. That is WHY schools closed.
