Will anyone even notice when they go on strike?
Exactly they must have the highest sick record of any I.O.W company
They are not sick it is a lack of people. People who have left the company and cannot be replaced. Why can’t they be replaced simple answer to that is the management of the company are not fit for purpose and anybody who joins doesn’t last any length of time.
Exactly!
Yet we will see the usual gammonistas squealing “sack them all” over the strike despite the fact that, if they did that, they would never, ever, get anyone to replace them.
True that, at least not whilst those who are able, but not willing to work, get free cash. Cut UC significantly and watch those applications flooding in.
wait for the recession to begin and then see the change in attitudes to jobs
Are you trying to say that those who left RF are irreplaceable?
Nothing like showing your bosses that you deserve a pay rise
When will those in power see that the ferry services are in crisis and can no longer provide anything approching a reliable service
Demorralised under valued and under paid staff will go sick. Those same staff will not come in to cover sickness because of the reasons above
