UPDATE – Police have confirmed that Ronnie Morris has now been arrested. The investigation continues.
Police have released a photograph of 29-year-old Ronnie Morris who they are looking for in relation to a serious sexual offence.
Officers have been conducting a number of enquiries to locate Ronnie, from Shanklin, since an allegation of a sexual offence was reported to Police on 24th August – over 2 weeks ago. It is said the alleged offence was against someone known to him.
Enquiries continue and now Police would like to hear from anyone who has seen him or knows where he is.
A spokesperson for Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary has said:
“We would like to remind people that anyone found to be harbouring Ronnie to deliberately obstruct our attempts to locate him may be committing an offence and be liable for arrest themselves.
If you have seen him, or have information regarding his whereabouts, please do not approach him and instead contact police on 101, quoting 44230343208”.
