Police are conducting investigations after responding to reports of a burglary at a high-end car dealership in Cowes, during which it is thought offenders were trying to steal car parts.
It was just gone 20:00 on Monday evening (9th December) that officers responded to Van Mossel Esplanade on Airfield Way.
Unknown individuals had been detected trying to access the garage’s yard, which prompted a search of the area to be carried out with the assistance of a local dog unit.
Police say that investigations are ongoing at this time.
