Police are this week investigating a burglary in the Halletts Shute area of Yarmouth after the front door of a house was forced open and a piece of jewellery worth over £10,000 was stolen.
The break-in happened some time between 09:00 and 16:00 on Friday (27th November) and resulted in a gold ring with yellow sapphire stone and diamond clasps being taken. It is thought the piece is worth over £10,000.
Police would like to hear from anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area.
