A new 1-day wellness event described as the largest of its kind on the Isle of Wight is set to take place at Northwood House in Cowes in February.
MIND. BODY. SOUL – The Island’s Largest Wellness Day will run from 10:00 to 17:00 on Saturday 21st February, bringing together a wide range of holistic practitioners, independent wellness brands and expert speakers for a full day of talks, workshops and immersive experiences.
The event promises attendees an opportunity to explore alternative approaches to modern wellbeing, with hands-on healing sessions, free expert-led talks, a boutique soul-focused market and a variety of taster workshops.
Organised by Isle of Wight-based business Spirivo Ltd, the event aims to provide a transformational experience for both local residents and visiting wellness seekers. The company specialises in supporting small holistic businesses through website design and digital strategy.

The 2026 event coincides with what numerologists call a “Year 1” – a year of new beginnings. Organisers say the event will help people step into the new year with intention and inspiration.
Early Bird ticket holders will be automatically entered into a Premium Prize Draw, with individual prizes valued between £20 and £320. The prize pool includes luxury massages and facials, wellness hampers, workshop vouchers, a private sauna day hire and more. All prizes are listed on the official event website.

Was very interested in this event until I read into it and you can’t book sessions/workshops. It’s just turn up and queue and hope you get in. So, sorry, but no thanks. Queueing up in the cold Maybe get in, maybe not
