A man charged with assaulting a woman in Shanklin last Thursday (15th September) morning is to go back to the Isle of Wight Magistrates Court this November.
Szymon Wrazidlo, 36, of no fixed abode, was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm and non-fatal strangulation.
Police were called at around 04:30 on 15th September to an incident on Shanklin Esplanade – involving 2 people known to one another.

Another “Beautiful British name”!
this is the same guy that was jailed back in 2021 for harassing a couple in shanklin – got a 16 week prison sentence, but released almost immediately as he had already been locked up for the same amount of time – reported in local media at the time.
and looks like he was wanted in poland back in 2019…
