what is it with that island every week it’s drug driving drink driving sex offenders or theft from a shops what a drug haven dump that island is and you call it the sunny isle of Wight
No different to anywhere else in the country.
yes but it’s only a small island
And proportionately it’s no different than anywhere else…
There is a lot of cannabis drivers in the story. Legalise it and save money.
Shocking to see Mr Cornwell is still at it. He’s been in and out of courts for that type of offence for at least 15 years. About time he had it cut off.
if you can’t drive stoned you shouldn’t have your license
They should rename the Island – the Isle of Cannabis
All drug drivers should be banged up with immediate effect.
What is happening on this small island.
Get sniffer dogs from the mainland to sniff out all the druggies.
Been more like 22 years that he’s been in and out of court for the same offences
The thieves on benefits, we pay their fines. Stop all of their benefits permanently so the lazy morons are forced to work.
You’re the poster boy for dementia awareness
Nonces get a lesser fine than those who are prosecuted for canabis. Shocking
Certainly worrying they are breaking their sex offender register requirements… Definitely needs a more severe deterrent!
Nothing like a good old lynching, get them to the hanging tree
Definitely needs more severe punishment. Prison would be a start or better still castration.
Understand crims are named and shamed, but for speeding? Yes dangerous and broken law but 99% of those caught speeding are other wise hard working law abiding people and putting this on media ?, this can cause great upset to mental health being treated like you’ve abused a child, dealing drugs or done a burglary.
No context breaking motorway 70 speed limit, could of been 75 or 150 ?.
It’s a never ending queue of drugged drivers. Are they actually driving stoned, or did they have a spliff the night before and although they are ‘straight’ the way the test is conducted renders them still over? How much time has to pass before a cannabis user can pass a swipe test?
Canabanoids if a reg user can stay in the body for 28 days the blood test tells how much and basically how heavy a user
28 days shows in blood
3 days minimum in silva. The system around cannabis and driving is a sham. But the law states if your above the 2 micro grams in your blood your breaking the law. You can be over 2 micro grams from passive smoking. I
Id like to see the data of how many deaths and serious injuries are caused by drivers with cannabis in thier system compared with drink drivers?
2 cases in which the defendants were given a £197 fine for failing to comply with notification requirements of the sex offenders registry, seems oddly specific.
So many Numpty’s on the island, some people never grow up.
Cowboy builder we love drug driving
Legalize It!
There are more important things to be dealing with!!
Some discrimination here, earlier IE reported 190 drivers caught for speeding on the Island, yet only one in Court round up and she wasn’t even in Court, why what happened to the others. She hadn’t even committed offence on the Island.
Anyone caught drink or drug driving = instant imprisonment
There are no excuses, we all know it is putting innocent lives at risk.
Bang them up for a very long time and educate them that drink and drug driving is
WRONG!
