The Essex guy got a raw deal compared to the
Chale guy.
Both are wrong, but the fines are so different.
It’s a funny old game!
No costs ordered due to limited means ? Well either take it off their benefits or pay a small amount each week ! We all have limited means but don’t take their word for it, they can afford booze & drugs though, most of us abide by the law, but in these cases the law is an ass.
Crush the cars in which the offence tok place. The offending would soon stop.
I see that, once again, Amber Banham-Gage has been given a suspended sentence. At this rate, this individual will likely appear on Love Island or some other reality TV show, as they will want to share their sob story with the World and claim that the World owes them something. Clearly, the Judicial System isn’t working as they continually reoffend. Is there a remote Island she could be deported to?
