No excuses for assaulting a paramedic and
damaging an Ambulance.
Only a suspended sentence
NO DETERRENT AT ALL
Why is it that two prisoners who possessed a mobile phone without authority inside HMP Isle of Wight (Albany) were given two different sentences for the same crime? One got 12 months (Luke West), the other only got 8 months (Fazal Sidiqkhil).
Possibly the activities which could be proven to have been undertaken on the phone by each inmate.
Considering approximately 98% of the inmates there are sex offenders, it doesn’t take much imagination as to what they wanted a phone for.
No doubt that is why they received a moderatively high consecutive sentence each.
One was just looking up goats
I see what you did there. 😉
