The Kings Head in Yarmouth, which closed suddenly back in September, is set to reopen in a matter of weeks after being taken over by two local publicans.
Shaun and Katherine Rayner, who have run The Wheatsheaf in Yarmouth for a number of years, are planning on re-opening The King’s Head on 3rd December after taking over from the previous landlady of 21 years, Michelle Jackson.
Upgrades to the Enterprise Inns-owned pub include a new kitchen, tables and chairs.
The couple are said to both be very excited about a new challenge. The pub’s new manager is Adrian Evans, who has previously worked at The George Hotel.
The two pubs shall be run as separate businesses.
