Significant investment is being made at Ponda Rosa in Ashey, Ryde which will see improvements to the kitchen and other aspects of the building whilst the business temporarily reduces its opening hours.
The popular restaurant and bar on the outskirts of Ryde will now only open for Sunday carvery between 12:00 and 19:30 for the next few weeks whilst several improvements are made, with the functions side of the business remaining unaffected throughout.

It was initially reported that the Ponda Rosa was closing, however Island Echo is happy to apologise and issue a correction to state that the Ponda Rosa is in fact remaining open with reduced opening times, as stated above.
