Savills of London have been instructed by the owners of Appuldurcombe Gardens Holiday Park in Wroxall to bring the freehold property to the market with a guide price of some £2.98 million.
The park, which extends to around 12 acres, features amenity buildings including a bar with an entertainment complex, outdoor heated swimming pool, toilet and shower facilities, café, shop and laundrette.
Currently the site comprises 40 static caravan plots, one lodge, two apartments and 134 touring caravan/camping pitches and benefits from planning permission to develop additional touring and camping pitches. Two attractive period residential houses are also included with the property, which is situated near to Appuldurcombe House.
Ian Simpson, director of leisure and trading services at Savills, comments:
“This is a great opportunity to invest in a well-established holiday park, with a wide appeal thanks to its state of the art facilities and picturesque setting. The site offers strong growth potential and we expect to receive significant interest from potential purchasers.”
