Everycare Isle of Wight is celebrating a period of remarkable growth, a successful CQC inspection, and continued recruitment as the care provider cements its position as a leading service for residents across the Isle of Wight.
Just 3 years ago, the organisation supported 36 clients with a team of 20 staff. Today, that figure has more than doubled – Everycare now supports 74 clients with a dedicated workforce of 52.
The growth reflects an increased demand for high-quality, person-centred care, as well as Everycare’s expanding expertise in specialist support.
Under the leadership of Lyndsey Fenemer, who brought a wealth of experience in complex care, the company has broadened its services to include dedicated mental health support and assistance for those affected by alcohol and substance misuse. A dedicated complex care team now works closely with clients to ensure individual needs are fully supported.
Lyndsey Fenemer, Registered Manager, has said:
“It has been a pleasure to be the lead at Everycare. Over the years we have grown in staff, clients and communication with professionals.
“We have introduced a service where we specialise in mental health support and care for service users who have struggled with alcohol and substance misuse. We care very deeply about all our clients and strive to provide the best care possible. All of this has been made possible by the amazing, dedicated, hard-working team I have alongside me. None of this would have been possible without them.”
The recent CQC inspection rated Everycare as ‘Good’, with positive feedback highlighting strong leadership, responsive care and robust safeguarding. They were rated ‘Good’ in every element of the report. Professionals praised the team for their adaptability, noting the service’s willingness to accept urgent packages of care even outside of regular hours.
Recruitment remains a key focus as Everycare continues to grow. With competitive rates of pay, access to a wellbeing app, and a team-driven ethos, the company is always looking for new people to join the team and deliver high-quality care across the Isle of Wight.
One long-serving carer has said:
“I have worked in care for 15 years and they are one of the best companies I have worked for. They are very clear and take time if there is a problem.”
Service users have also shared glowing reviews about the impact Everycare has had on their lives.
Dorothy Duncan, Service User, has said:
“Everyone is so lovely, nothing is too much and some carers go above and beyond. If you are ever unwell they are the first people you want with you – very supportive and caring.”
Helen Diebelois adds:
“I don’t have carers, I have a new family. Care is outstanding. They care for me as a person, not an illness. Amazing!”

You really really have got to be joking. Never new it was April Fools.
this has to be by far the very worst care company ever on the Island.
Really hoping past service users and carers join this discussion, for the safety of the vulnerable
Best care is family care, so many families don’t
want to help loved ones, but they don’t mind
showing up for any inheritance when loved ones
pass.
Do what other cultures do, take care of your loved
ones, don’t be selfish.
