Denbigh House Dental Practice in Ryde has announced that they have won the top prize at the prestigious National Dentistry Awards. At an event held in Leicester in November the team won and were highly commended, as the ‘Best Team’ in the South East and were overall National winners- to be crowned the “Best Team” in the UK. Beating thousands of applicants, from NHS and private practices, it is an amazing accolade for any practice, and the team is justifiably proud to represent the island and Denbigh House. The George Street-based NHS team are working as hard as they can and empathise with the public about access to NHS dentistry- which seems to be increasingly underfunded and under-supported. The team works exceptionally hard, caring for 12.5% of islanders, and with the closure of further NHS practices – are at maximum capacity. A spokesperson from Denbigh House Dental Clinic has said:
