Police are appealing for the public’s help in locating a missing man who last seen in Newport earlier today (Tuesday).
Richard Clarke, 83, was last seen at Newport Bus Station at about 11:30.
Richard is described as white, about 6ft 2in tall, skinny build.
He was last seen wearing a grey fleece, grey and blue checked flat cap, and khaki trousers.
A spokesperson from Hampshire & Isle of Wight Constabulary has said:
“If anyone has seen Richard or has any information about his whereabouts? Please call 999 quoting reference 44250565580.”
UPDATE @ 17:00 – Police have confirmed that Richard has been located safe and well. Thanks for sharing the appeal.
