Motorcyclists from across the Isle of Wight delivered festive joy to children at St Mary’s Hospital at the weekend (Sunday).
Dressed in Santa suits, elves and reindeer costumes, bikers gathered at Ritchie’s Diner in Lake at 12:00 before riding in a colourful convoy to St Mary’s Hospital in Newport.
Their mission was to deliver Christmas presents to young patients on the children’s ward who are spending the festive period away from home.
The annual event, organised by Buster Spicer, saw a strong turnout once again, with hundreds of motorcycles decorated in lights, tinsel and festive ornaments.
The Toy Run continues to be a highlight of the Island’s Christmas calendar, combining community spirit with a heartfelt cause.
The toys donated will help brighten the days of children staying on the ward over Christmas, ensuring they don’t miss out on festive fun despite their circumstances.
