Cross-Solent travel operator Hovertravel has been forced to cancel services between Ryde – Southsea this afternoon (Sunday) as a result of adverse weather. Choppy sailings conditions on the Solent has seen service grind to a halt. Purchased tickets can be used on Wightlink’s FastCat service. A further update is expected at around 14:45. UPDATE @ 14:45 – Service is to resume from 15:15.
