Uber Eats has confirmed that it is expanding its service on the Isle of Wight to include Ryde!
Those living and working in the town will soon benefit from the delivery service, which has been in operation in Newport since August last year.
The popular app will enable customers to receive their next meal directly to their door at the touch of a button. It remains to be seen which takeaways and restaurants will be taking part though.
Delivery drivers (or riders) are now being sought with fast track onboarding to quickly fill the available positions. Cars, motorcycles and even push bikes can be used to deliver Uber Eats orders.

I did that when I first started but now after 6832 deliveries I see it as an opportunity to show what a good and courteous driver I am.
Never speed (you’re bound to get caught if its your job).
Always indicate (even at night when no-one is around).
Chill and let people in.
Its much more enjoyable driving like this.
It’s the drivers that are useless not Uber drivers. Uber hasn’t given them the license to drive, they have been passed by the DVLA.
Same with dominos drivers they are lethal!!
