Too Much Too Young – the Story of 2 Tone & Beyond – is heading to Shanklin Theatre on Saturday (24th May).
This is a 2-hour theatrical performance telling the story of 2 Tone music and its lasting influence.
The feel-good journey explores the birth of ska in Jamaica and follows its explosive history through to the British revival in the late ’70s and ’80s, celebrating the music and artists who made it a global phenomenon.
Described in reviews as ‘the must-see show for any ska fan’, and featuring a live band, the production includes digital video displays, authentic instruments and clothing, a vibrant set, and a cast that brings the spirit of the era to life.
Prepare to be transported back in time with hits from the likes of Madness, The Specials, The Beat, Bad Manners, The Selecter, The Bodysnatchers, and more.
