Lidl is recalling its popular Meadow Fresh Potato Salads because they may contain pieces of copper.
It’s said that the possible presence of copper makes both the crème fraiche and yoghurt varieties unsafe to eat.
The products can be purchased in Lidl’s Shanklin and Newport stores, so Islanders should check their fridges.
The affected batches are:
