Islandhighland The world-famous Red Hot Chilli Pipers are to play at a fundraiser for local Ryde charity Aspire in July.

For 10 years now Island Doctor Kieron Cooney and Karen Eeles have been organising the Island Highland Gathering, raising money for Island charities. This year as a one-off they have had the opportunity of inviting the Red Hot Chilli Pipers, a world-class pipe band, with a difference.

The most famous bagpipe rock group on the planet.  This global phenomenon is coming to the Isle of Wight for a Gala Summer Concert like nothing the Island has ever seen.  Famous all over the world, and with USA and European tours already planned this year a trip to the Isle of Wight is a big coup.

This is a one-off show being held at Robin Hill and includes the Scots Guards, Kieron’s own band Wight Hot Pipes, Comedian and piano man Matt Black and Scottish dancers, White Rose.

White Hot Pipes have become internationally acclaimed after a standing ovation for their performance on stage at the BBKing Club in Broadway, Manhattan, and enjoyed great success and following after their stage debut at Glastonbury in 2019.

To kick off the evening gala festival of fun and music why not grab a drink and snack from the bar sit back and be enthralled by The Scots Guards Association along with White Rose Highland Dancers on stage for your pleasure.

All of this in support of the Isle of Wight community support charity, Aspire.
