PUBLIC MEETING TO BE HELD OVER NHS CONCERNS

nhs400Concerned members of the public have called a meeting to inform the wider public about the facts and implications of the partial privatisation of the NHS.

It is hoped that locals can have a full and frank discussion to air any concerns about the future of the Island’s NHS following various debates on internet forums.

During the meeting it is planned for a short film to be shown followed by a Skype link up with Allyson Pollock, a professor of public health research and policy, to include a Q&A session. Following this, an open public debate will take place with the opportunity for any Councillors or other relevant parties to put there views across.
