Junior Captain Alfie Boxall retained his Westridge Golf Club Junior Championship title on Sunday, edging out Oliver Slade by just one shot.
The competition initially looked in doubt after thick fog covered the course early in the morning, but conditions improved as forecast, with the fog clearing by 10:00 ahead of the scheduled 11:00 tee-off.
With sunshine replacing the fog, the scratch competition proved to be a closely fought contest.
Pre-competition favourite Boxall was pushed all the way by Slade but held on to retain his title, carding a round of 64 to finish just one shot ahead of his nearest rival, who recorded a 65.
Theo McNamara secured third place with a round of 75.
In the handicap competition, early starter Finley Reeve claimed victory with an impressive 7-under-par net score of 57.
Slade again finished as runner-up, just one shot behind with a net 58, while Jack Burke took third place with a net 60.
