For goodness sake why don’t people slow down !!!!
For goodness sake why don’t people stop judging
It’s not really the speed that causes crashes.
It’s more a case of not LOOKING WHERE YOU’RE GOING.
I once did a driving course managed by the Metropolitan police traffic division, the most experienced driver that day said “Speed is a killer” excessive speed kills.
Speed does kill. The faster you’re going, the harder you hit something.
Speed on it’s own doesn’t necessarily increase the chance of a crash.
It is Inappropriate Speed for the situation and conditions that causes problems. That would also have been a major part of the course you did.
And no, I’m not a boy racer, though in my younger days I did drive stupidly at times. I grew out of that around 23.
LOOK WHERE YOU’RE GOING. Everybody. Drivers. Pedestrians. And especially cyclists.
Well done Fire Brigade, rope rescue equipment eh? jacks of all trades! Hope the injured person is ok!
It’s so bad as well because my friends dad was ok the bike which was it and was knocked about 20ft of it
