Well done there are some strange people out there.
It’s a real shame our island has lost its peaceful reputation, it’s getting worse by the day.
However, sadly it’s going to get a lot worse has the population gets bigger..
Don’t be so pessimistic. The majority of people here are hard working decent folk, that includes people who were born here & those that have come over & settled here. Yes we need our infrastructure updated to cope with more people & that will come eventually..yes The IOW Council will sort it, yes I know you’re all groaning but they will with public support. In the meantime let’s just try & smile at everyone we meet. Xxx
Drug dealers after their money!!
Perhaps they were carpenters, just trying to adjust a stuck door. The naive don’t wish to see the huge growth in vile beings here, and won’t, UNTIL it affects them or their loved ones or their street.
Then of course it is all too late.
We need less social housing and more expensive quality homes to try to redress the flow of the more anti social.
Apparently the huge new estates at Ryde will be named ‘Chavsville,’ some of the roads instead of un-Apt names viz ‘Bluebell meadow’ fake names, instead will be appropriately named as ‘Weed Way’, ‘Charlie Close’, ‘Benefit Boulevard’, ‘Tax-credit Crescent’ and ‘Asylum Avenue’.
Its very sad to see that the people that post these comments online are mere idiots themselves. Just because we have some social housing doesn’t mean everyone is a chav or idiot as you so kindly state! there are some very nice people that live in social housing and to blanket mark them as you have is sad not on their behalf but yours! Do you think there is a light pull that you can pull at birth and choose to come into this world with a silver spoon in your mouth! NO there isnt so put up and shut up and get a life yourselves! its people like you we should be weary of not people that live in social housing!
