Isle of Wight parents can now register their children for primary school admissions for the September 2025 school term.
The admissions pages are now open at https://www.iow.gov.uk/schools-and-education/school-admissions/apply-to-start-primary-school-september-2025/ and will close at midnight on Wednesday 15th January 2025.
The National Offer Day, when parents are notified which primary school their children have a place at, will be on Wednesday 16th April 2025.
Councillor Jonathan Bacon, Cabinet Member for Children’s Services and Education, says:
“The decision was made to postpone the date for primary school admissions this year to allow extra time to support school staff through the sensitivities of the school place planning process. We are pleased to say that parents can now register their children for a primary school place”.
