The owners of 3 parked cars returned to their vehicles to find them damaged following a collision in the car park at Drill Hall Road in Newport yesterday afternoon (Wednesday).
Police were called at 15:49 following reports that a car – believed to be a Ford Kuga – had collided with 3 other, parked vehicles in a car park.
Officers responded to the scene to work out what had happened and carried out a breathalyser test on the female driver. She passed the test.
A Land Rover Discovery Sport, a Kia Soul and a Mercedes-Benz E-Class convertible were all damaged in the incident, as well as the Kuga.
Hampshire Constabulary has confirmed that no injuries were sustained in the incident and no arrests have been made.
Another bad female driver,Shouldn’t have a license!

If the public have access then it is a legal requirement for your car to be roadworthy, taxed and insured and the driver legally entitled and fit to drive whoever the land is owned by.
Think you’ll find that Most insurance companies will not accept their clients liability,it’s not highway or public land and no laws broken, doesn’t even need insurance in private car park so long they have paid for parking space, most may well loose no claims .

How? If it was a young lad driving and didn’t have drugs on him, hadn’t been drinking or broke any laws then how could he possibly have the book thrown at him? Just curious…. No laws broken by the woman driving either just a case of driver/mechanical error.
