What an utterly prized P****.
That car looks familiar, could it be the same one involved with carving up the Hare and Hounds car park a little while ago, or was that driver banned ?
He was surely banned but either way this is a different car.
What car??? Can only see police cars in picture you donut.
In drink ? What does that mean in plain English ? Drunk ? Why not say drunk ?
In drink equates to suspected of being drunk because by saying drunk it would refer to absolute proof and as the story depicts, he was seen to be driving erratically; so proper English it is said as “in drink”. I’m no expert in proper English but that’s the best I can explain..
I thought the same and failing to provide. Why not just say failing to provide a specimen ?
alot of English sentences fluctuate based on the context on which it is written, we seemed to have evolved it to take less time pronouncing words by using longer lettered words to mean what you can say in several words and Vice versa, we have developed a way of understanding without needing more information thus “failing to provide” we would automatically know as its axiomatic. Baring in mind too that the context of the article is to give facts and a story in a quick and straightforward way. Hope I’m right that felt good to say
Well done police, but shame has to be a pcso reporting, member of public and he could of left ,drove to Fishbourne before you can even get through to Police on phone – took almost 45mins the other day for them to answer and that was after being transferred to control !.

And that dosent scream member of public reporting a crime? The PCSO called control after being called there, no wording suggests otherwise, people do call the police, we arent that far gone lol
Then again bro I thought I gathered what you meant but now I cant seem to make sense of what you mean, sorry if I’m wrong
Glad theidiot was caught efore someone e got hurt hopefully he will be taken off the road
We have a guy in our road whom has been reported so many times he’s never got pulled sadly

Hope he looses his driving licence and is given a total ban, car confiscated and trashed – this hopefully will deter those idiots who think they can drink and drive. I live in hope!
