Police on the Isle of Wight would like to speak to this man in connection with an indecent assault on a 20-year-old woman in Newport High Street.
The victim was inside a shop on the High Street when a man, described as slim and with a shaved head, approached her and touched her inappropriately.
The suspect, who was wearing a black gilet with a dark hoody underneath, then left the shop and walked off towards St James’s Square.

Whoever did this is a nasty piece of work, or very disturbed and needs treatment.
I’m very sorry for the woman affected. It has a terrible effect to be set on in this way, making someone feel very vulnerable, angry and upset.

It is shaved, he just has a very large, dark birthmark where his hair should be.

The real victim in this seems to be the poor innocent guy in the pictures. The woman describes her assailant as having a shaved head yet the man in the picture has a good head of hair although going a bit thin on top. To falsely accuse someone of a crime like this needs severely dealing with in the courts with a jail sentence and a substantial financial award.
