ISLANDERS LEFT BEMUSED AFTER ‘UNUSUAL’ LIGHTS APPEAR IN NORTH WIGHT SKY

Islanders have been left puzzled after 2 unexplained lights were seen hovering in the sky on Monday evening.

The lights were captured in the sky to the north of the Isle of Wight on Monday afternoon and evening.

Pictures and video of the unusual sight were shared across social media, leaving Islanders speculating about what the duo of lights could be.

Some suggested it may have been a Boeing B-52, while others speculated it could have been search lights, flares, drones or even UFOs.

The sighting was reported to HM Coastguard, Island Echo understands.

The source of the lights remains unknown.
