A technical issue with the loading ramp is causing delays on Wightlink’s Fishbourne-Portsmouth service this morning (Monday), with customers being advised to expect 60-minute delays.
The cross-Solent operator is warning those travelling to and from the Isle of Wight that delays will hit their service throughout the day.
As it stands no crossings have been cancelled and the route remains operation.
Wightlink is advising those travelling to continue to check in on time as they are working to reduce the delays.
The company apologises for any changes to your travel plans.
UPDATE @ 09:25 – It has been confirmed that the issue has now been resolved, with the delay reduced to 45 minutes.
