UPDATED: The Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service are tackling an outbuilding fire in the West Wight this morning (Saturday).
2 appliances – from Freshwater and Yarmouth – and a water carrier are on scene at Wilmington Lane, where a fire has taken hold of a wood store.
Crews were mobilised to the incident at just before 06:20.
Around 12 Firefighters have worked swiftly to bring the fire under control. They are now damping down.
UPDATE – The incident has been brought to a close and fire crews have now returned to station.
