The Wildheart Animal Sanctuary has received a welcome funding boost after being presented with a cheque for £3,878 from Daish’s Holidays, following a successful year as the holiday company’s chosen Charity of the Year.
Raised through the generosity of Daish’s Holidays guests and staff, the donation will help the Sanctuary continue providing lifelong care for rescued animals.
The partnership has also helped strengthen the relationship between the Sanctuary and Daish’s Holidays through its growing coach and group bookings programme, introducing more visitors to the inspiring rescue stories of the Sanctuary’s resident animals.
Thanks was also given to Debbie McCarthy the Manager at Daish’s Shanklin Hotel for championing the partnership and helping to make the fundraising initiative such a success.
The Wildheart Animal Sanctuary welcomes coach parties, clubs and organised groups throughout the year, offering guided tours that share the remarkable rescue stories of its animals while supporting the charity’s work.
Maybe the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary
could offer Daish’s residents free entry into the
sanctuary, after all they would be spending money in the
cafe and buying souvenirs.
So what your suggesting is that all the money raised to help the sanctuary be passed back in free entry with the hope something will be purchased whilst there, try giving your head a wobble.
