A new report has ranked all neighbourhoods across the Isle of Wight based on their average house prices, as well as the total house sales.
It has emerged that the cheapest property can be snapped up in Newport Central and Parkhurst West, with the average house price sitting at just £175,000. This may be attributed to smaller homes and former Prison properties.
At the other end of the scale, Bembridge and Nettlestone have been named as the most expensive places, with the average house costing a whopping £440,000.
