Volt is the charging option for Bestival, branded up and all with a limited edition Summer of Love charger cover.
Volt is a Danish startup which has been keeping smartphone users at festivals powered up all over Europe and further afield for 4 years and counting. So far, more than 200,000 people at over 100 events and festivals have enjoyed the freedom of portable charging.
At Bestival 2015 there will be 4 main Volt swapping stations across the Robin Hill site, 2 in the main festival area – at Magic Meadow and Grassy Hill, 1 in the Green Campsite, 1 in the Red Campsite, plus 2 roaming Volt trucks throughout Orange Campsite and along all popular “festival commutes”.
What’s more, the Volt swapping service really enables you to use your phone as yo normally would. Volt’s portable charger provides power for 1 – 2 full phone charges and feedback from last year’s Bestival goers thoroughly concluded that the Volt Charger provided “exactly the right amount” or “more than enough”.
