A woman was arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence following a disturbance at a shop in Ventnor last night (Friday), during which staff and members of the public were subjected to abuse.
Police were called to Central in Upper Ventnor at 20:22 following reports that a woman had entered the store and had started to become aggressive and abusive towards both staff members and customers.
Island Echo is told that products were knocked off the shelves and alcohol bottles smashed.
A 21-year-old woman from Ryde was arrested on suspicion of committing a public order offence but was later released, having been given a community resolution order.

Would a 21 year old male have received a CRO under the same set of circumstances?
She probably put on the tears and apologized for being intoxicated flapped her eyes…I’m sorry to say but if this was a male that I’ve done this, He would’ve been charged with criminal damage, A public water offense causing fear and intimidation to others, affray and then given a covid fine !!
Filth like that don’t need to apologise, they know as they are ‘deemed’ to have or own nothing, then nothing can be taken from them, as it’s worthless brood ‘might suffer’.

so, she travelled from Ryde to Ventnor during a lockdown and went into a shop – I am guessing this was an essential journey as Ryde has no shops.

She probably got upset with the shop because they wouldn’t sell her drugs.
She obviously wanted a lift back home in Ryde! Stupid Girl! should have made her or her parents pay for the distress and damage!
A ‘community resolution’ resolves a minor offence or anti-social behaviour incident through informal agreement between the parties involved, as opposed to progression through the traditional criminal justice process. It is primarily aimed at first time offenders where:- there has been an admission of guilt.

Loving the fact that the poor love has got so many bad comments about her and the comments have so many likes. Says it how it is. I drove past this at the time she was being put in cuffs. There were a group of about 5 or 6, a few of them drinking.
