Newport-based Red Squirrel Property Shop has been nominated for 2 top national awards at this year’s The Negotiator Awards.
Having previously been the first Isle of Wight agent to be shortlisted in a number of categories, the Red Squirrel team have worked harder than ever before and have now been nominated for both ‘Lettings Agency of the Year’ and ‘Estate Agency of the Year’.
The Isle of Wight firm is going up against the best in the industry in what is considered to be the most significant awards event in the estate agency world for estate and letting agents, their suppliers and the residential property industry.
Red Squirrel, a family-owned business, was started 10 years ago and has gone from strength to strength in that time.
Charlie Panayi, Managing Director, says:
“We as a business pride ourselves on the way we work and how we operate. Red Squirrel Property Shop was started because of estate agencies, we wanted to create an agency we would use ourselves. We operate based on honesty, trust and compassion, which is why so many people on the Isle of Wight work with us and why we have become so successful”.
Stephen Mangan will host this year’s prestigious ceremony at Grosvenor House Hotel on Park Lane, London on 25th November.

Don’t know how as they’ve conned myself and others I know of out of a lot of money
Purple Bricks is the only agent to use if you want to save money
Why do people still believe these award ceremonies ! they are utter BS , the only winners are the hosts of the award cermonies and the only reason this company won over other island estate agencies is because the others were not stupid enough to waste their money and attend. NO AWARD will make anyone use this estate agent over another, in-fact the sooner Estate Agents disappear off our high streets the better ! they are an expense to moving, if you are looking for a house you go to Rightmove so why not allow the general public to publish their own house on Rightmove instead of paying thousands of pounds these sharks in blue suits and brown shoes
