A power cut is affecting properties in and around Godshill this morning (Tuesday).
A fault resulted in the temporary loss of power to 123 postcodes in the PO30, PO36, PO37 and PO38 areas at 08:58 this morning.
Further disruption is now being experienced at other addresses in the PO38 region with the lights going out at 09:38.
Scottish and Southern Electricity Network (SSEN) say they are working hard to get the power back on as soon as they can.
It is estimated that supplies will be restored by midday.
For further information about this power cut call the dedicated helpline by dialling 105.
Alternatively, you can send SSEN a message on Facebook or Twitter (@ssencommunity).
App: Did you know SSEN also have a mobile phone app where you can report, locate, track and subscribe to faults in your area?

Does this mean that panic shoppers will start panic buying all over again, when they’re freezers defrost?
Judging by those voting me down, the selfish are already angered, however, it does you good to lose a few pounds.
If you can take responsibility for your own health, then the NHS can help thoes that really need it.
Onwards and upwards…
Just amazed none of the idiots with conspiracy theories have put it down to the virus,5g or the app yet!
Give them time….
