Police on the Isle of Wight are asking locals for help in identifying this man who that want to speak to regarding an incident that occurred in Newport back in November.
Hampshire & Isle of Wight Police are refusing to say what the incident was, other than it happened in the area of Pyle Street between 23:00 on Monday 21st November and 01:00 on Tuesday 22nd November 2022.

I can only assume, that some of these cameras we see stills from, are only fitted to satisfy insurance criteria, and looking at that, for 50 quid more, i’m sure the resulting picture quality, would be considerably better than this . . . that looks more like my Aunty Freda from Skeggy, and she’s been dead 8 years now 😉

It’s not just an Island thing, most CCTV images are rubbish. You just have to look at the images that they put out of potential witnesses to that missing lady, Nicola Bulley. You honestly get better quality pictures from your phone these days.
